Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Coherent Reality (“Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of itsyoursuperpower.ai and any related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What the Service is

The Service is a twelve-hour online course that teaches you to build and use AI tools. You complete hours of coursework, configure an AI assistant (“Sidekick”) that learns from what you tell it, and ship artifacts you can share.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with consent from a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

• You create an account by verifying a mobile phone number that can receive SMS.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your phone and sign-in credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information. One person, one account. Don’t impersonate anyone else.

SMS program

When you enter your phone number and request a sign-in code, we send a one-time SMS verification code from +1 (888) 424-9390. By requesting a code you consent to receive that SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: one per sign-in attempt.

Reply STOP to opt out of all future SMS. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle SMS data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent access controls on the Service.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train third-party models without written permission.
• Submit secrets, API keys, or credentials belonging to systems you do not own.
• Use automated means (bots, crawlers) to access the Service beyond what a normal user would do.

Your content

You own what you create on the Service — your Sidekick configuration, your prompts, and the artifacts you ship. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to run the Service, respond to support requests, and, when you explicitly choose to share, make that content visible to others.

AI-generated outputs are provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

Our content

The course curriculum, website copy, design, logos, and software that make up the Service are owned by the Company or licensed to it. You may use them only as needed to use the Service. No other rights are granted.

Payment

The Service may be offered free, on a one-time purchase, or on a subscription basis. Any applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Educational content is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and the Company agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Colorado for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
